This policy explains how to return products bought through https://thodmareshul.world/. It works alongside rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded for qualifying consumers.

Eligibility

Food supplements in sealed, unused condition may be returned within fourteen days of delivery unless the product is personalised or marked non-returnable at purchase. Opened bottles are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

New Zealand context and imports

Zenvita is offered as a food supplement. If you ship outside New Zealand, your destination may apply border rules for vitamins, minerals, or botanical products. Our return windows apply to orders we accept under this policy and do not override customs decisions in your country.

How to start a return

Email the identifiers listed in the Site footer with your order number, reason, and photos if the shipment arrived damaged. We reply with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the returned parcel. Banking timelines may add additional days.

Shipping costs

If you change your mind, you pay return shipping unless local law requires otherwise. We pay return shipping when we sent the wrong item or the parcel arrived unusable.

Faulty goods

Notify us as soon as you notice a defect. We may request batch details printed on the label. Remedies may include replacement or refund depending on stock and regulatory considerations.

Record keeping

We store return metadata (order ID, reason, outcome) for twenty-four months to support accounting and dispute resolution.
